We have provided this section as go-to point for any useful documents specific to employees and their continued employment. It is important to us that good communication channels exist, and the provision of these various documents and forms is designed to assist everyone in effective and ongoing communication.

First off, we have the 12th Edition of our Employee Handbook; intended as a summary of overall terms and conditions of employment and other information which may be helpful to employees. It is intended to help new employees become familiar with the Company and acts as a reminder and method of communication for existing employees. 

Our first widely published Employee Handbook dates back to September 2010. Of course there have been various updates and amendments through the intervening period. For convenience these amendments are listed to the back of each handbook providing an easy way of identifying key changes to the last edition.

Then we have our Disciplinary & Grievance Policy which is designed to set and maintain standards of conduct expected by the Company, and in doing so, ensure that all employees are treated fairly and consistently. It is designed to help and encourage all employees to achieve and maintain satisfactory standards of conduct.

The Company would draw your attention to their Quality Management System – Policy Statement, but also a number of individual policies documenting formal guidance as to the requirements and expectations pertaining to employees. These include:
